"Last year, I was referred to the Department of Paediatrics, Nutrition and Metabolic Diseases at the Children’s Memorial Health Institute—a facility that cares for very ill babies under the supervision of Prof. Janusz Książyk, who also helps shape infant nutrition guidelines in Poland.
